Voice of Despair - Death Trigger
Ultimate Despair: Release the Voice of Despair upon death
Whenever Junko Enoshima deals cumulative damage to a single enemy exceeding 10% of that enemy's Max HP, she applies 1 stack of [Despair] to the target. Each stack of [Despair] increases the unit's damage taken and damage dealt by 5% for 30 seconds, up to 10 stacks. [Despair] cannot be dispelled or removed by Black Hole, and the duration of each stack is calculated separately. Whenever Junko Enoshima dies, she releases [Voice of Despair], dealing true magic damage equal to Magic ATK * 120% * the target's number of [Despair] stacks to enemies within 12 meters. If the target's [Despair] stacks have already reached the maximum, they will execute themselves, unable to withstand any more despair. This effect does not work on monsters. If an enemy dies from [Voice of Despair], [Voice of Despair] is released again centered on that enemy. After Junko Enoshima dies, she transforms into [Despair Remnant]. [Despair Remnant] inherits the [Despair] stack count from before her death, has a fixed Movement Speed of 30%, and continuously releases [Ultimate Punishment: Self-Destruction]. [Despair Field] follows [Despair Remnant] instead of remaining on the ground, lasting 30 seconds, or until Junko Enoshima is revived in place or leaves the current scene.
