Send a useful report
The in-site feedback portal is the maintained contact channel. It keeps the affected page and report category attached so corrections can be reproduced and traced to the source relation.
For a data correction
- Link the affected catalog page.
- Name the field, effect, or relation that is wrong.
- Provide the client or server version and region.
- Describe in-game evidence and steps to reproduce it.
For a calculation issue
- List the job, skill level, target, and active buffs.
- Include equipment, cards, runes, and progression inputs.
- Share the expected and observed result.
- Remove account credentials and private information.
