Extend the effect of [Twisted Space] to the entire Map. After 3 seconds of continuous Slowed effect, all Players and normal monsters except Oscar enter the [Stagnation] state, unable to act for 5 seconds. The [Stasis] state will not recover from damage received and cannot be immunized. During its duration, Oscar's skill Cooldown Time is reduced by -100%. After the time ends, the [Twisted Space] effect on units will be removed, and they will be immune to the [Stasis] effect for 15 seconds. When released in GVG/Field, it changes to affect units within a 12-meter range. This effect is invalid for Players in non-PVP/GVG Maps. The Cooldown Time is fixed and cannot be reduced.
