Rogue Haz gathered the vagrant and marginal on Comodo and formed a gang called the Pretty Boys. These men without a legitimate profession seem to have their own ideas about fashion, resulting in their unique style. Strictly speaking, the Pretty Boys didn't do anything terrible but it's understandable if they get beat up simply for how they look!
