A numbered map of all 18 Sylph discovery points in Isgale, grouped by the three regions used by the game.
Select a numbered pin to jump to its region entry. Pins mark the client-defined Sylph quest positions.
Travel to Isgale and reach any numbered pin on the map. The first successful Sylph discovery satisfies the initial “Find 1 Sylph to unlock” requirement; later progress uses additional discoveries.
The point is a quest trigger rather than a normal NPC marker. When you arrive, inspect the immediate area for the Sylph trick and complete the nearby interaction until Sylph appears and the discovery registers.
The game describes two common clues: a golden flower that reveals Sylph when approached, and a shy hidden Sylph that expects the player to initiate the interaction. At a pin, check unusual flowers, small interactive scenery, and available talk prompts before moving away.
- Stand directly around the numbered point, not only at the nearest road.
- Approach a golden flower if one is visible.
- Use the interaction or talk prompt on suspicious nearby scenery.
- Wait for Sylph to appear and confirm that the discovery count increased.
The client groups the 18 Isgale discoveries into Land of First Snow, Snow Frost Silver Fortress, and Avalanche Boundary. Clear one region at a time so clustered pins are easier to track and you do not repeatedly cross the map.
- Land of First Snow: pins 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, and 13.
- Snow Frost Silver Fortress: pins 4, 6, 10, 14, and 15.
- Avalanche Boundary: pins 5, 11, 12, 16, 17, and 18.
Move around the pin in a small circle and look for an interaction at a slightly different elevation or behind nearby scenery. A pin identifies the quest position, but the object or reveal animation can sit beside that center point. If the location is already completed, continue with another numbered pin.
