New Year Firecrackers

A kingdom in the east is said to have a tradition of making these small paper tubes following an ancient formula as part of their new year celebration. Light the tubes and colorful fireworks will blossom in the night sky. The tradition is believed to have been created to drive off some wicked beings. Use with caution! Please do not light it towards other players! (Effect of Use: If applied on a specific type of monsters, it seems magically effective!)
