Card effect
For every 1,000,000 Zeny owned, Final Damage +1% (up to 10%). When attacking a player with a skill, there is a 20% chance to reduce the Refine Level of one random item in the target's main equipment slots or headwear by 1 for 10 seconds. When the current wearer is the Hollgrehenn class, the Refine Level of equipped gear and headwear worn by other party members on the same map (excluding self) +1 (current Refine Level +1).
