If the target is a player, the target's skill SP consumption increases by 10%; fixed casting time increases by 10%; Variable Cast time increases by 10%, lasting for 5 seconds. Takes effect 30 seconds after equipping, and the same effect does not stack.
Tibbers's Redemption [Tier 7] does not display.
