Abandoned Amulet

The romantic Comodo is never short of lovers. Io and Goro are just one pair of them. They grew up playing together and got married when they came to age. Io was excellent at weaving and brewing while Goro was an exceptional Sailor. Everyone believed they would live a happy and plentiful life together with children and grandchildren till death... However, fate was impossible to foresee. Goro never returned from a routine journey to sea. Only the Amulet he had always worn was washed up the beach. "I put this Amulet on him with my own hands. How could he be claimed by the storm? I don't believe this. Goro is not dead. He's waiting for me somewhere!" The grieving Io refused to accept the reality. She lingered along the coast day and night, waiting for her husband to return... But in the end, the poor woman probably woke up from her sad fantasy.
