Rusted Arrow·Shard

Cut open the Leather Teddy's leather and take out a broken arrow. Although very rusty, the arrow still looks powerful like before. This is the arrow that killed Mr. Belmore ten years ago. Several broken arrows were pulled out of Belmore's body. Obviously, they were all fired from a same bow. Ventriloquist Melissa on the Toy Factory 2F is looking for 10 of this shard. Kill the Sack Teddy to obtain.
