Fire Chief
They appear in large numbers after mysterious fires appear, and wherever they go, not a lick of flame burns. It is rumored that they originated from the complaints of firefighters: "Why didn't you check the flammables properly?! Everything's on fire now!" Armed at all times with fire extinguishers and axes, they're always ready for action, and pay attention to fire safety more than anyone else. When a Removal fails, the tall fire chief comes to check on the situation.
